Dr. Stammer graduated from ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½â€™s School of Engineering (’72 B.E., Civil Engineering) and has been a transportation professor since 1981. He has held previous administrative appointments at ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ as Asst/Assoc. Dean in Engineering and as an Asst Provost. His experience in transportation includes employment within government (TN Dept. of Transportation), private consulting(Atlanta, GA and Brentwood, TN) and education (ÌÇÐÄVlog¹Ù·½ U.). He regularly teaches transportation courses in planning, design, and traffic engineering.
