Room Type A
Spaces that can seat between 8-30 people, these rooms include existing audio-visual equipment of either an LCD TV or a projector/screen with limited changes to the layout. Housekeeping can be included upon request.
Room Type B
Spaces that can seat between 30-60 people, these rooms include existing audio-visual equipment of either an LCD TV or a projector/screen. Setup/teardown changes to the furniture layout can be done upon request, and basic housekeeping services are included.
Room Type C
Spaces that can seat between 60-200 people, these rooms include existing audio-visual equipment of either an LCD TV or a Projector/Screen and a lectern/podium microphone. Setup/teardown changes to the furniture layout can be done upon request, and basic housekeeping services are included.
Room Type D
Spaces that can seat up to 300 people, these rooms include existing audio-visual equipment of either an LCD TV or a Projector/Screen, as well as a lectern/podium microphone. Setup/teardown changes to the furniture layout can be done upon request, and basic housekeeping services are included.
Theaters
The Theaters range in seat capacities (more information in the dropdown). Setup/teardown changes to the furniture layout can be done upon request, and basic housekeeping services are included. These spaces all require an AV Technician on-site to set up basic lighting, assist clients with connecting to the projection system, and basic audio level adjustments during the reserved time of your event. Additional fees may apply for extra AV setup time.
Commodore Ballroom
The Commodore Ballroom is one of Student Life Center’s premier spaces and can seat up to 800 people. It is a large, versatile space with many options for configuration. It features an LCD projector and screen and a lectern with a microphone and laptop connection. Additionally, there are options for pipe and drape, stage lighting, and specialty lighting. This space also offers digital signage options to enhance the visibility and professionalism of your event.
